NHS Covid-19 Antibody Testing


Please note we do not accept prescription requests over the phone.

You can submit a request in writing by tearing off the right hand side of your prescription. Tick the items required and hand to reception or your pharmacy. This or any other written request can also be posted or faxed to us.

Alternatively you can order online via Patient Services, if already registered.

Please try to include all your medicines in one repeat request rather than requesting each item separately.

Please note that all prescription requests require a minimum of 72 working hours to process.

Online Registration to Patient Services

You will need to register with the practice to access the Patient Services. Click on the following link for a Patients Services appointments and/or repeat prescriptions application form (please note that our system may not be compatible with other systems and therefore you may not be able to open this form. If this is the case please let us know and we’ll find an alternative).

We will need to verify your identity therefore please bring a proof of ID with you when you come to register for Patients Services (Passport or photo driving licence). 

To register on behalf of someone else please fill in the online proxy application form and bring it to the surgery. Same identity checks apply.

The token you will receive after registering will be valid for 1 month only so be sure you process your registration as soon as possible.

Once your application form is completed please bring it to the surgery along with a proof of ID (passport or photo driving licence). Make sure family members use different email addresses as we cannot register people with the same email address.

Once you have registered you will be able to order your prescriptions online via Patients Services

If you are experiencing issues with your registration with VOS (not receiving confirmation email) please contact INPS directly on patient.services@inps.co.uk, they will provide you with an activation code.

Pharmacy Services

You may collect your prescription from the Practice or arrange for your local pharmacist to collect on your behalf. Alternatively you can subscribe to EPS (electronic prescription service) at your local pharmacy.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Prescriptions Charges and Exemptions

Extensive exemption and remission arrangements protect those likely to have difficulty in paying charges (NHS prescription and dental charges, optical and hospital travel costs).

The NHS prescription charge is a flat-rate amount which successive Governments have thought it reasonable to charge for those who can afford to pay for their medicines.  Prescription prepayment certificates (PPCs) offer real savings for people who need extensive medication.
