Routine Consultations
Patients can book routine telephone consultations and face to face appointments via Patient Access, or with our Support Team.
When attending the Practice for an appointment please be sure to use the self check-in screen located at Reception.
Please note, all GP appointments are scheduled for 10 minutes per patient.
Patients with new and urgent symptoms may call the Surgery from 8:30am to be triage appropriately.
Home Visits
Home visits from the GP or Community Nurse can be arranged for patients who are housebound or too ill to visit the practice.
Patients on repeat medication have a Medication Review with the GP or our in house Pharmacist at least once a year. You will receive a reminder to book in for this.
Cancel an Appointment
If you cannot attend your booked appointment please inform us as soon as possible.
You can cancel an appointment via your Online Access account. Alternatively, you can reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder.
