Appointments

We have now released all our appointments to be bookable online, register with us here if you have not done so yet or go to Patients Services. You can still book by ringing the surgery or at the front desk.

Appointments can be made in advance online, at the reception desk or by ringing the surgery on 020 8977 0043.

When attending the Practice for an appointment please be sure to use the self check-in screen located at front desk. This advises the doctor or member of the nursing team that you have arrived for your appointment and enables the support team to attend to other patients.

Please note that all appointments with the doctor are scheduled for 10 minutes and each appointment is for one patient only. If more than one family member needs to be seen please make the required number of appointments.

On the Day Appointments

All patients who feel that their problem is urgent should ring the surgery at 8.30am. They will be offered an appointment with our team or the local GP HUB practices.

Telephone Consultations

These are available with all the doctors. Please book them at the reception desk or by telephoning 020 8977 0043. The doctor will call you on the arranged date and time frame.

Medicals

These can be arranged for various times during the week and will require a 30-60 minute appointment. Please note that a fee will be charged for this examination and any report.

Specific Needs

We have full disabled access, offer a pre-booked telephone interpreter service for patients who cannot speak English, and ask that all patients who wish the presence of a chaperone inform us as soon as possible.

LARC Long Acting Reversible Contraceptive Clinics

LARC clinics are available for the fitting and removal of contraceptive coils and implants – please ask at reception for details.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Or go to Patients Services to cancel online.
