Patients can Book, Cancel or Reschedule Appointments via our Online Triage System on our Websites Home Page here . Alternatively, patients can Call/Visit the Practice as normal, whereby one of our Care Navigators can either talk patients through how to fill out an online triage form or fill one out on their behalf for an appointment.

Your appointment will last up to 10 minutes and there are a number of ways of making the most of your time with our healthcare professionals. Click here to view ways to help us run on time.

The number of appointments we offer is controlled by government funding and the availability of experienced and skilled staff.  Once we reach full capacity on a given day, our support team will advise you of the safest way to get medical help if you are unable to wait for a routine appointment.
