Neurodiverse Social Group for young adults
Richmond AID are trialling a social group for neurodiverse 18–35-year-olds. They are starting with a run of 5 sessions. They will be 2 hours long. The first hour will be focused on a topic, split over the 5 weeks we are covering the following:
- Communication
- Stress Management
- Feeling Low
- Feeling Anxious
- Facing Discrimination
The second hour of each session will be a more informal social group.
