South London Rape Crisis

Kingston One Stop Shop for people experiencing domestic abuse

Kingston One Stop Shop is a multi-agency drop-in service which has helped more than a thousand Kingston residents in the last five years.

We understand that victims of violence often have limited time in which to access support, so this service brings together various professionals who may be able to help you.

There are independent domestic violence specialists providing advocacy and advice, solicitors offering advice and support on injunctions and housing issues, health visitors who can talk to you about any concerns that you might have for your child, and drug and alcohol services and mental health support workers.

Opening times

Every Monday from 9.30am to 12.30pm

Venue

Kingsgate Church, Clarence Street, Kingston

Contact the Willow Centre

Refuge provides support for victims of VAWG and Domestic Abuse in Kingston through the Willow Centre. We are now the single point of access for Domestic Abuse, Sexual violence and rape, stalking, trafficking and FGM (Female Genital Mutilation).

We provide free, confidential, non-judgmental and independent support to anyone who is experiencing abuse. Whatever your age, sex, gender, sexuality, religion, race or disability, we will either directly support you or link you with the service most appropriate for your needs.

We provide:

  • Independent gender violence advocates (IGVAs) to support both women and men who are at high risk of serious harm.
  • Early intervention service for 13–20-year-old girls and women.
  • A group programme called Own My Life for women focusing on the dynamics of domestic abuse – both face to face and online.

The Willow Centre is not a drop-in service, but if you wish, a worker will arrange to meet with you and talk to you face to face.

Call the Willow Centre Helpline on 0208 547 6046 (Monday-Friday (9:00am-5:00pm) to speak to one of our support workers.

If the line is busy or for out of hours calls, a voicemail operates on this number. If you leave a message, please do let us know your name, number and a safe time to call and we will get back to you.
