Children, young people and their families can get free help, advice and urgent mental health support from crisis telephone lines available in every London borough.
Every NHS mental health trust in London has put these in place, so children, young people and their families can get help quickly when they need it.
Professionals are also able to access these crisis lines if they are concerned about or would like advice about a child, young person or family.
The crisis lines are supported by trained mental health practitioners, who can offer advice and signpost other sources of support as needed.

Off The Record – Off The Record Twickenham (OTR) is a registered charity providing the only drop-in counselling, information and sexual health service for young people aged 11–24 who live, work or study in the Borough of Richmond Upon Thames.
Getting it on… provides information and services for young people on Sexual and Mental Health issues, drugs & alcohol and relationship problems.
Young Minds – Young Minds are providing young people with reassurance and advice to help them make positive choices for their mental health and know what to do next if they are struggling.
Richmond AID – Richmond AID is a charity run by and for disabled people in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and surrounding areas. They support people of all ages with all disabilities, including physical and sensory impairments, mental health issues and learning difficulties.
