Trailblazers
Trailblazers is commissioned by the South London Partnership and is available to Richmond and Wandsworth residents aged 18 and over.
From the very first day of unemployment, patients can access tailored support designed to get them back into work. Patients will work with experienced employment specialists based in the community who understand the local job market and their individual needs. Together, they’ll build the skills and confidence needed to move forward.
Through TrailsBlazer, patients will benefit from:
One-to-one guidance from employment professionals.
Support to improve communication and interpersonal skills.
Help with job searching and applications.
Opportunities to gain key skills for the workplace.

To be eligible for the Trailblazer programme, patients must:
Be unemployed and not currently required to search for work as part of Universal Credit or JSA.
Live in the London boroughs of Wandsworth or Richmond-Upon-Thames
Have the right to reside and enter employment in England or Wales.
Be of working age (18+).
Not be on any other DWP contracted provision.
Not already have a job offer or be about to start work.
Not be in any type of employment including zero-hour contracts.
Specialist support is also available to people who com: a disability; ex-offender; carer; ex-carer; homeless; veteran or veteran’s partner; have a drug or alcohol dependency; care leaver; refugee; Afghan resettler; young person at risk of being involved in gangs or serious crime.”
