We are Improving our Appointment System
Starting 24th June 2024
Based on patient feedback over the past year, we have recognised the increasing demand for appointments and have decided to improve the booking system.
All requests should be submitted through our “Contact Us – Online Triage System” tile on the website and will be dealt with promptly by our team, with the most appropriate help being provided in line with the nature and urgency of the need. As now, this service is only available during surgery hours. You will not be able to book an appointment online but all medical queries will be read by the Duty GP to ensure that you receive an appointment with the right person, for the right type of support, in the right time frame for your particular need. You can indicate a preference to see a specific practitioner to ensure continuity, and we will do our best to meet this request if they are available.
Rest assured, if you really cannot use the online service, our team will be here during practice hours to help you in person and over the phone by filling out the triage form on your behalf, so that no one is disadvantaged.
