Carers Event – Friday 11th November

Greenwood Community Centre is hosting a FREE event aimed at carers on Friday 11^th November with Talk for Carers

Sarah Challice shares her story, and then gives insight, strategies and solutions, to help you make simple changes and improve your own health and wellbeing.

Sarah has become a champion for carers after supporting her husband for many years. Sarah lives in the Borough, and she has written a book about her experiences, reflecting on self-care, and often hosts talks providing support to others who are caring.

Sarah has also been involved with Integrated Neurological Services and their carers group.
