Can’t Get Through to HHMC?

Posted on September 30th, 2021

We understand that it can be difficult to get through to HHMC via the telephone lines – we and many other GP Surgeries know your frustration as it is just as difficult for the Support Team members answering all the telephone calls, after they have significantly increased since the Pandemic.

We’d like to help you get in touch with your GP Surgery, in more ways than one. Here’s what you can do –

Getting a Message or Note through to HHMC:
If you have a non-medical emergency, and would like to query for example an Insurance Request, you’re chasing up a Referral, or would like to pop a note through to the Doctor, you can do this by clicking on the “Contact Us” Button, at the top right of our Websites Home Page, or by clicking here. Your message will then go directly through to our Reception E-Mail Inbox which is monitored daily. Alternatively, you can always pop a note through our letter-box or come to the Reception Front Desk.

Booking Your Appointments:
We have now opened up plenty of Appointments available to book Online via Patient Access! If you don’t have this already, please see our Online Access page on our Website for more info, here. Using Patient Access will allow you to book your appointments – such as Telephone Consultations, Face-to-Face Appointments, and Flu Jabs at any time, from anywhere, avoiding queuing up on the phone-lines, and freeing up the queue for our elderly and vulnerable patients who need to get through to us and don’t have smart phones or computers.

Ordering Your Prescriptions:
You can order your Prescriptions via the green “Order Your Prescriptions” tile on our Home Page, or by clicking here. You can also order your Prescriptions at any time, from anywhere, via Patient Access! Again, if you don’t have this already, you can sign up and find out more info, here. Alternatively, if these options don’t work for you, you can put your prescription requests in via your Preferred Pharmacy, or by filling out a form at Reception.
